Shadow Seeker is a 2D survival-horror action game inspired by various sources of horror and noir styled stories.
You are Carlos Ramirez, a detective from the Amorita Police Department on a case shrouded in mystery. As the story deepens, many horrors will unfold. Set things right and finish the job.

How To Play
Arrow Keys - Character Movement
Enter or Z - Action Key/Attack(Must be Aiming)
Esc or X - Call Menu/Decline
Shift - Aim (Must have weapon equipped) While Aiming, you are unable to move, but can still face any direction while aiming
Pressing Shift while Sprinting will enable you to Roll. Greatly efficient for escaping or creating distance between an enemy. (Drains Stamina)
Num 1 - Toggle Crouch (Can be used with precise timing to evade enemy attacks or reduce noise made while moving)
Num 2 - Toggle Sprint ( Sprinting drains Stamina)
Num 3 - Knife Attack (Knifing projectiles with precise timing will deflect them)
Action Canceling - You can freely Crouch, Sprint or Aim at any time. Doing so will cancel you out of your current stance.

Hello! I enjoyed a lot the project, it's not always that I find a RPG Maker game made with this level of attention to detail and love.
I didn't play a lot of it unfortunately, since I wanted to give a lot of other games a try - even if I barely scratched the surface. But I can already tell this one really stands out.

Hi! I've been following your game for a while. I was pretty sad when itch.io was taken down because I couldn't find it anywhere. But it seems you are back and you've completed the game. I recently played Dread of Darkness which is similar to your game and I had a few issues with it that I would've loved to give as feedback to the developer. If you are ok with me testing the game for you, please give me a holler. All the best!
I just checked out Dread of Darkness and it looks pretty solid! Yes, Shadow Seeker is finally fully complete, it's just going through a testing and polishing phase right now, but if you'd like to try it, I'd be more than happy to give you a download to it :)
Hii I'm happy to see you here ever since rpg maker.net shut down. I played your game a few months ago and unfortunately had to quit due to important assets not being included in the file I downloaded. I had to download your game from some very old rpg site in order to play it, and noticed it didn't include the item box for things like storing guns etc that the newer files seemed to include. So that's why I had to quit the game since it was too hard without it, I'm happy I can play it decently now!

Hey bro sorry for what happened with rpg maker.net i was trying to catch up on the updates of shadow seeker and by the looks of it you seem to be almost done only chapter 5 left huh?

so when will it be release? i mean it is impressive that you took the time and nearly made it to chapter 5 40% of it to be exact your game have been on my list for a long time and i feared that it was cancelled due to rpg maker.net shutting down.
I really want to say the game will be fully completed by February or March next year if everything goes well!
Oh hey by the way does the current download of shadow seeker feature chapter 4?
The DEMO version that I have hosted here only covers up to Chapter 2, but I do have an exclusive version that has all 4 full chapters for testing if you're interested in that one :)
